Njuki & Company Advocates is a private practice law firm in Kenya, founded in 2019 and has since grown and provided legal services to companies, single businesses, and individuals in both the private and public sectors. The company prides itself on adequate and invaluable local and international legal knowledge and experience through handling and managing different clients.
Our firm leverages its capability to offer alternative, unique, and customer-oriented legal solutions through active engagement with clients. Our goal is to advance civilization by offering cost-effective legal services by uniquely navigating the legal terrain in seeking to offer cost-effective, acceptable, and sustainable legal solutions to various individuals and businesses. We achieve our objectives through the development of comprehensive government and corporate policies, programs and initiatives, drafting legal instruments that offer customer-tailored legal services to both our local and international clients in corporate and commercial law, debt recovery and probate and administration.
Our working philosophy is that “the law is an enabler; it was never intended to be an end itself.” Based on the working philosophy, Njuki & Company Advocates considers the institution of law as a fundamental component of achieving and actualizing society’s needs and aspirations. We pay great attention to the greater good that our legal services for individuals and businesses have for society and humanity. We believe that a satisfied client is a crucial gain to society and humanity who are dependent on the clients’ sustained social, economic, and cultural endeavours. We, therefore, find it prudent and indeed take great pride in seeing our customers satisfied with our services.
Betty is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Moi University, a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Master of Law (LL.M) in Food Law from LUISS University. She is currently a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
